Where does Avery Pools operate?
We primarily construct within San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Austin. This includes the surrounding areas of Bulverde, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Live Oak, Schertz, Leon Valley and more.
What is needed to build a pool on my property?
We require a Survey to begin designing your pool. Once a design has been created to your liking, we need the Construction Agreement signed, HOA approval, as well as a City Permit to begin construction. We also recommend that the area has clear and unobstructed point of entry for materials and machines. Power to run to the area for the pool’s equipment pad is also necessary.
What types of Service do you provide?

Do you inspect pools?
Absolutely, if you are looking at buying a property with an existing pool, our team will be happy to come out and look to prevent any unforeseen cost or necessary improvements with your new pool.
How do I prepare my pool in the event of freezing temperature?
To ensure that your pool does not freeze, have water flowing through all pipes and valves. Running water is less likely to freeze so it is often the best course to have it running in some capacity during extreme low temperatures. Modern pumps and automation systems have built in freeze protection and will automatically turn on your pump when the air temperature drops near freezing. Still, it is recommended that you inspect your pool and equipment prior and during a freeze.
